netacct-mysql-0.78beta4:

 * fixed some linking errors for FreeBSD .. phtreads is a big mess so -pthread
   seems to work on all versions (thanks to roam@freebsd.org and david@solexine.fr)
 * fixed linking error for -lnsl on FreeBSD
 * added -D_REENTRANT -D_THREAD_SAFE for FreeBSD compilation (roam@freebsd.org)
 * more fixes to come for OpenBSD as soon as i get shell :)

netacct-mysql-0.78beta3:

 * removed some old code, added comments to code, make it more readable
 * removed some #ifdefs and make it compile on Linux with -D__FAVOR_BSD
 * DEBUG() moved before break; (old way never executed)
